Cakes for Birthdays

Here are a few of birthday cakes that I did in 2013.

1. Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filing, with chocolate buttercream.

2. White cake iced with blueberry buttercream and blueberry filling.

3. White cake iced with white buttercream and vanilla mousse filling.

Cakes are made to order and fresh! Can be 6-inch round,  8-inch round, 10-inch round, and half-sheet cakes. E-mail to ask about pricing or to order.

Individual Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

This is a decadent Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake with a chocolate garnish. This individual portion stands at 3&1/2 inches tall (without garnish), and 2 inches wide. The layers consist of (from the bottom up) milk chocolate cake, milk chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and topped with a thin layer of chocolate ganache. It's smooth, and not too sweet, which makes it the perfect dessert for any occasion and perfect for chocolate lovers.
