These pastries are a favorite in Poland. They're soft and tasty and great with coffee. They are sprinkled with powdered sugar and topped with raspberry jam.

Cakes for Birthdays

Here are a few of birthday cakes that I did in 2013.

1. Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filing, with chocolate buttercream.

2. White cake iced with blueberry buttercream and blueberry filling.

3. White cake iced with white buttercream and vanilla mousse filling.

French Macaron!

I made these macarons for a private Bridal Shower. The bride loves pink and chocolate and requested chocolate ganache as the filling. She was absolutely thrilled with her macarons!

Individual Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

This is a decadent Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake with a chocolate garnish. This individual portion stands at 3&1/2 inches tall (without garnish), and 2 inches wide. The layers consist of (from the bottom up) milk chocolate cake, milk chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and topped with a thin layer of chocolate ganache. It's smooth, and not too sweet, which makes it the perfect dessert for any occasion and perfect for chocolate lovers.

Cupcakes!

Boston Cream Puffs

This idea came to me after thinking about Boston Cream Pies for about a week, but I didn't want to do the traditional "pie". I love cream puffs, so I decided to try to combine the two together and voila! Boston Cream Puffs came to be.


I did this order for my own catering event. Everyone couldn't stop eating these and they were all gone within minutes!
