These pastries are a favorite in Poland. They're soft and tasty and great with coffee. They are sprinkled with powdered sugar and topped with raspberry jam.

Cakes for Birthdays
Here are a few of birthday cakes that I did in 2013.
1. Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filing, with chocolate buttercream.

French Macaron!
I made these macarons for a private Bridal Shower. The bride loves pink and chocolate and requested chocolate ganache as the filling. She was absolutely thrilled with her macarons!
